Abstract
The sustained growth of Technovation Girls Chile has highlighted critical limitations in its current communication management, characterized by high information dispersion and the saturation of manual channels, which negatively impacts the operational workload of the internal team. This thesis addresses this problem through the design of a centralized digital ecosystem that optimizes the flow of information. Using a hybrid methodology that integrates the deep empathy of Design Thinking with the agile iteration of Lean UX, it was diagnosed that the main friction lies in the high fragmentation of channels and an excessive dependence on manual management. In response, an Intelligent Conversational System integrated with a strategic administration panel was developed. This solution enables the automation of recurring inquiries, the personalization of interactions according to the user profile, and the management of request traceability in real-time. The project concludes with a high-fidelity functional prototype and the design of a user validation strategy, scheduled to be executed during the 2026 Summer Bootcamp. This proposal modernizes the organization's operational infrastructure and establishes a scalable digital support model, freeing up human resources to strengthen the program's pedagogical impact.
