Abstract
Por medio del trabajo expuesto en la presente memoria, se realizó el diseño de detalles de un banco de pruebas de levitación magnética, para ser utilizado durante el desarrollo de nanosatélites “CubeSat”. El diseño fue calculado utilizando simulaciones por elementos finitos, y se fabricó un prototipo a escala 1:10, con el cual se probaron los diferentes sistemas de sensores y control, por medio de pruebas empíricas, obteniendo resultados que indican la viabilidad del funcionamiento de un banco de pruebas a escala real, teniendo en cuenta de algunas mejoras necesarias para asegurar un funcionamiento óptimo.
In the preset work, the design of a magnetic test bench was carried out to test and simulate a CubeSat under microgravity conditions. The design was established using finite elements simulations and testes with a 1:10 scale prototype that was manufactured. The position sensor and control system were tested with said prototype trough empirical tests. The results obtained showed the plausibility of upscaling the prototype to work with real size CubeSats, considering some improvements to ensure a reliable performance.
