Abstract
El presente trabajo realiza un estudio aplicado a una empresa nacional en base a las pérdidas operacionales que ha sufrido en un periodo comprendido de un año, esto permite construir un argumento que indique si la gestión de dicho riesgo impacta en la calidad de servicio de una empresa.
El Riesgo Operacional es un tipo de riesgo que está gestionado formalmente hace muy poco tiempo, por lo que existen pocos desarrollos y análisis desde esta perspectiva cualitativa, permitiendo con este estudio generar un trabajo base para poder desarrollar otras investigaciones y servir de herramienta para la gestión estratégica.
Para el desarrollo del trabajo se toman como base tres categorías de indicadores de la organización en estudio, que permiten realizar el análisis propuesto en base a estas tres perspectivas y por consecuencia generar dos soluciones sobre la gestión del riesgo para Ia organización evaluada.
This paper makes a study applied to a national company based on operational Lossessuffered in a one-year period, this allows to construct an argument to indicate whether the management of that risk impacts on the quality of service of a company. Operational risk is a type of risk is formally managed a short time ago, so there are few developments and qualitative analysis from this perspective, allowing this study to generate aworking basis for further research to develop and provide a tool for managing strategically.
