Abstract
The purpose of this report is to collaborate in the process of implementing an integrated management system in the Bravo Izquierdo Construction Company. For it, a preliminary step is assumed as an objective, consisting of exploring and describing the perception of the workers involved in the construction of a building in Viña del Mar, regarding quality management, occupational health and safety, and the environment. The results of the interviews with 23 workers are presented, belonging to different levels, which inquire about their basic socio-demographic background, 360 evaluation that measures the worker's performance through the perception he has about his bosses, peers, subordinates and himself, and finally, they are given the option to feed back the system. Then, an interpretative analysis of the answers is offered, which considers the ISO standards linked to the three management processes mentioned, and also considers the relationships between the conceptual responses and the examples requested from the interviewees. Among the conclusions, the need felt by the interviewees to improve coordination, to persevere in the awareness work of the interviewees, regarding their own care, and the need to create an environmental management system is highlighted. Finally, suggestions are offered in line with these and other conclusions contained in the study. Regarding the possible limitations of this report, it is likely that the interviews could be subject to a phenomenon of social desirability - considering that the researcher works in the same construction company - and that the same interviews could also be affected because they were interviewed in a sensitive moment of the construction process and the work team.
