Abstract
Kimel is an artificial intelligence-based EdTech platform designed to personalize learning and support teachers. It arose in response to the difficulties involved in creating differentiated materials, grading answers, and providing timely feedback in classrooms with varying learning levels. The platform generates curriculum-aligned worksheets, supports printed and digital formats, automatically grades answers, and produces performance reports. This thesis develops a business plan to assess its implementation in Chilean schools, university-preparation institutions, and tutoring academies. The study covers market analysis, business model definition, economic evaluation, and growth strategy. The 24-month evaluation, considering an initial investment of approximately US$155,000, yields an NPV exceeding US$330,000, an IRR above 5%, an ROI of 213%, a break-even point in month 10, and investment recovery in month 20.
