Abstract
Debido a que en los últimos años, se ha observado un continuo cambio en la visualización que tienen las empresas sobre su relación con los clientes, debido a esto se han hecho cada vez más comunes las herramientas de fidelización. El presente trabajo propone e implementa una herramienta que ayudará a las diversas compañías a administrar los puntos asociados a programas de fidelización. Debido a que las necesidades de administración pueden variar mucho entre una empresa y otra, se propuso e implementó un sistema que cumpliera con las necesidades básicas de administración, quedando abierta la posibilidad de incorporar nuevas funcionalidades.
Because in recent years, there has been an ongoing shift in the view that companies have on their relationship with customers, because of this have become increasingly common loyalty tools. This paper proposes and implements a tool to help companies manage the various points associated with loyalty programs. Because management needs can vary greatly from one company to another, it was proposed and implemented a system that met the basic needs of administration, leaving open the possibility of incorporating new features.
