Abstract
El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo obtener una simulación predictiva del comportamiento de las curvas clásicas de una bomba operada como turbina, utilizando un código Matlab, para generar la aproximación.Se tomó como base la teoría clásica del comportamiento de bombas centrífugas como turbinas hidráulicas, como una primera aproximación, para luego ensayar 2 tipos de bombas centrífugas de manera de lograr datos experimentales en distintas condiciones de uso. Estos datos se utilizaron para comprobar la teoría, permitiendo ajustar los resultados a los de la simulación teórica..Del trabajo se obtuvo una eficiencia de 58% en lo modelado y un 57.84 en lo ensayado, los errores están dentro del orden del 0.27% en el punto de máxima eficiencia entre lo modelado por el programa y lo que se experimentó.
The aim of the presented work is to obtain an approximation to the operational behavior of the characteristic curves of a pump in reverse operation as a water turbine, A Matlab program code was used to generate this approximation.The use of the classical theory of the of pumps performance as turbines was required as a first approximation, then 2 pumps were tested in order to obtain experimental data at different levels of use, experimental data were used to verify the theory, with this it was corrected and it got put together in such a way to obtain a theoretical simulation for different pumps.From the work we obtained an efficiency of 58% in the modeled and 57.84 in the tested, the errors are within the order of 0.27% in the point of maximum efficiency between the modeled by the program and what was experienced.
