Abstract
En un contexto mundial de cambio climático, causado, entre otros factores, por un consumismo global a gran escala y por las actividades extractivistas destinadas a satisfacerlo, nace 24Kilates SpA, pretendiendo y proponiendo un cambio de paradigma en la forma en que cotidianamente se ejecutan los procesos productivos de la minería en general, y en la minería artesanal y de pequeña escala, en especial. Por ello, en el presente trabajo de título se elaboró un plan estratégico que permita una operación sustentable para Faena Minera La Culebrilla. Para lo anterior, se definió la misión y la visión de la empresa. Luego, tras la realización del análisis estratégico de la empresa que contempló el análisis PESTEL, de las 5 fuerzas de Porter, análisis de la cadena de valor y FODA, se establecieron los objetivos a corto y mediano plazo, haciéndose cargo de las amenazas y debilidades de la empresa, como también el potenciamiento de las oportunidades y fortalezas de ella. Por otra parte, se determinó que la estrategia de la empresa, de acuerdo con las propuestas de Porter, es la estrategia de liderazgo en costos: una estrategia con la cual la empresa busca que sus costos sean los más bajos de la industria, considerando procesos sustentables y sostenibles en su producción. En el largo plazo, se determinaron los objetivos estratégicos desde la perspectiva financiera, de los clientes, interna y de aprendizaje y crecimiento, como también las acciones necesarias para su cumplimiento.
In the context of global-scale climate change, caused, among other factors, by large-scale global consumerism and the extraction activities meant for it, 24Kilates SpA is born, intended and posed as a paradigm shift in the way productive processes are executed within large and small-scale mining. On this basis, a strategic plan was created for this graduation project that would allow a sustainable operation for La Culebrilla Mine. For this purpose, a mission and vision were defined for the company. Then, after completing the strategic analysis of the company, which included the PESTEL analysis, the Porter's five forces analysis, value chain analysis and SWOT analysis, short and medium-term goals were set, which dealt with threats and weaknesses within the company, as well as with enhancing its inherent opportunities and strengths. Additionally, it was determined that the company's main strategy, in line with Porter's ideas, was cost leadership: a strategy through which the company seeks that its cost be the lowest of the industry, considering sustainable processes. On the long term, objectives were set from the financial, client, internal and learning and growth points of view, along with the necessary actions for meeting them.
