Abstract
Este trabajo describe el desarrollo de la automatización coordinada de un sistemade dos ascensores prototipos permitiendo la comunicación entre ellos para el intercambiode variables y estados a través de una red Profibus utilizando un protocolo PPI,además de crear un sistema de supervisión remota de ambos ascensores a través de SCADA/HMI vía Ethernet usando la red disponible del Departamento de Electrónica.Además se detallan las actualizaciones hechas al sistema para mejorar el funcionamientoy también los procedimientos para configurar los distintos asistentes y softwaresnecesarios para generar la comunicación PPI entre ambos PLC y la comunicaciónEthernet con el sistema de supervisión
This projects explain the development of the coordinated automation of a twoprototype elevators system allowing communication between them to exchange ofvariables and states through Profibus Net using PPI protocol, in addition making aremote monitoring system of both elevators through SCADA/HMI via Ethernet usingavailable Electronic Department network. Aditionally itemizing the upgrades made tothe elevator system to get better the performance and also the process to configure thedifferents assistans and required software to generate the PPI communication betweenboth PLC’s and the Ethernet communication with the monitoring system.
