Abstract
En el documento a continuación se dará a conocer el problema que afecta al colegiodel Sagrado Corazón Concepción, en el área de gestión y toma de decisiones.Se presentará un análisis de los puntos importantes a tener en cuenta al momento decrear estrategias y se buscara una solución por un medio de una herramienta degestión llamada Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI), con el fin de ser un apoyo para elequipo directivo del establecimiento.Los pasos a seguir durante esta investigación fueron: Se realizó unacontextualización de la situación actual del colegio, en la cual se reunió informacióncorrespondiente a detalles académicos, financieros e históricos de colegio. A demásse solicitó hacer una revisión de la visión y misión del establecimiento.Luego se procedió a definir las perspectivas con lo que se concluyó que su estructuraseria la siguiente: Perspectiva Beneficiarios, Perspectiva Procesos internos,Perspectiva aprendizaje y crecimiento, Perspectiva Finanzas.Se creó un diagrama de causa-efecto a partir de los objetivos estratégicos creados enlas reuniones administrativas. A raíz de estos objetivos se obtuvieron los KPIs y lasiniciativas estratégicas.Finalmente se traspasó toda esta información a un software de nombre “BSCdesigner”, logrando obtener los resultados esperados
In the document below, the problem affecting the Sagrado Corazón ConcepciónSchool will be disclosed, in the area of management and decision-making.An analysis of the important points to take into account when creating strategies willbe presented and a solution will be sought by means of a management tool calledBalanced Scorecard (CMI), in order to be a support for the management team of theestablishment.The steps to follow during this investigation were:A contextualization of the current situation of the school was carried out, in whichinformation corresponding to academic, financial and historical details of the schoolwas gathered. Others were asked to review the vision and mission of theestablishment.Then we proceeded to define the perspectives, which concluded that its structurewould be as follows: Beneficiaries Perspective, Internal Processes Perspective,Learning and Growth Perspective, Finance Perspective.A cause-and-effect diagram was created from the strategic objectives created in theadministrative meetings. Following these objectives, KPIs and strategic initiativeswere obtained. Finally all this information was transferred to software called “BSCdesigner”. And so it was possible to obtain the expected results
