CUADRO DE MANDO INTEGRAL APLICADO EN MODELO EDUCACIONAL

Abstract

En el documento a continuación se dará a conocer el problema que afecta al colegiodel Sagrado Corazón Concepción, en el área de gestión y toma de decisiones.Se presentará un análisis de los puntos importantes a tener en cuenta al momento decrear estrategias y se buscara una solución por un medio de una herramienta degestión llamada Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI), con el fin de ser un apoyo para elequipo directivo del establecimiento.Los pasos a seguir durante esta investigación fueron: Se realizó unacontextualización de la situación actual del colegio, en la cual se reunió informacióncorrespondiente a detalles académicos, financieros e históricos de colegio. A demásse solicitó hacer una revisión de la visión y misión del establecimiento.Luego se procedió a definir las perspectivas con lo que se concluyó que su estructuraseria la siguiente: Perspectiva Beneficiarios, Perspectiva Procesos internos,Perspectiva aprendizaje y crecimiento, Perspectiva Finanzas.Se creó un diagrama de causa-efecto a partir de los objetivos estratégicos creados enlas reuniones administrativas.
