DISEÑO DE UNA PROPUESTA DE CAPACITACIÓN PARA ALUMNOS DE INGENIERÍA MECÁNICA EN UNA MÁQUINA HERRAMIENTA DEL TALLER METALMECÁNICO BASADO EN HERRAMIENTAS DE REALIDAD AUMENTADA O VIRTUAL

Abstract

Este trabajo de título, tiene por objetivo crear una propuesta de capacitación utilizando herramientas de realidad, ya sea aumentada o virtual, para una máquina herramienta del taller metalmecánico de la Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María Campus San Joaquín.El punto principal de este proyecto por sobre la realización final de la propuesta, es generar la motivación, y mentalidad de desarrollar herramientas de realidad en la formación de futuros ingenieros civiles mecánicos, además de cimentar las bases teóricas para su desarrollo. Es por esto, que se toma relevancia en este trabajo en especificar el estado del arte de las herramientas y explicar detalladamente, y paso a paso la configuración del prototipo, además de explicar el porqué de cada decisión y camino tomado.El proceso de conformación de la propuesta de capacitación, incluye la formación de una herramienta preliminar, y una posterior, esta última se utilizara para esta propuesta.Se incluye también una evaluación del instrumento de realidad como parte del proyecto de capacitación en el uso de la máquina herramienta, con el fin de ver su eficiencia y eficacia dentro del contexto especificado.The present Work is aimed at developing a training program by using reality tools, either augmented or virtual, for a machine of the metal-mechanic workshop at the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, San Joaquín Campus.The main point of this project above developing the proposal itself, is to enhance motivation, and foster the mentality to implement reality tools for the training of future mechanical civil engineers, and also build the theoretical foundation for their development. For this reason, it becomes relevant for this work to specify the state of the art for these tools and explain in detail, and step by step the prototype’s configuration, besides explaining the rationale supporting each decision and chosen path.The training proposal construction process, includes the formation of a preliminary tool, and a final one; the latter will be used for the proposal.An assessment of the reality instrument as a training enhancer for the use of machineis also included, aimed at assessing its efficiency and effectiveness within the specific context.
