Abstract
Las ciudades inteligentes (o Smart Cities), son un campo atractivo para el desarrollo tecnológico global. Aprovechar las investigaciones realizadas en diversas áreas, como Blockchain, Big Data, Machine Learning, por ejemplo, y aplicarlas para mejorar la calidad de vida de cada uno de los ciudadanos es un desafío y necesidad que todos los involucrados deben analizar. Así, se propone la elaboración de un curso, bajo el proyecto ERASMUS, permitiendo que distintos profesionales logren interiorizarse de manera efectiva en las tecnologías disruptivas, de tal manera que pueda ser aplicado a ciudades inteligentes sostenibles, en vías de mejorar el bienestar social. Para ello, se definirá en primera instancia el problema a abordar y su marco conceptual, abarcando las principales innovaciones, como Big Data, Blockchain, IoT, IA, entre otras, de manera preliminar.

Taking advantage of research in various areas, such as Blockchain, Big Data, Machine Learning, for example, and apply them to improve the quality of life of each citizen is a need and challenge that all involved should analyze. Thus, it is proposed the development of a course, under the ERASMUS project, allowing different professionals to achieve effective internalization in disruptive technologies, so that it can be applied to sustainable intelligent cities, in the process of improving social welfare. For this purpose, the problem to be addressed and its conceptual framework will be defined in the first instance, covering the main innovations, such as Big Data, Blockchain, IoT, IA, among others, in a preliminary way.
