Abstract

La pesca artesanal de sardinas es un rubro por naturaleza peligroso, ya que se realiza en un medio hostil, que es el mar que todos conocemos, con condiciones climáticas cambiantes y a bordo de una embarcación que literalmente flota y se desplaza sobre este, además de riesgos de diversos orígenes presentes durante todo su proceso.Dada la necesidad de seguridad en este tipo de embarcaciones me he propuesto desarrollar una matriz para identificar los peligros, evaluar los riesgos y en base a esta evaluación, entregar acciones correctivas que en consecuencia permitan disminuir el riesgo al que efectivamente se encuentran expuestos los trabajadores de este rubro conocidos popularmente por el nombre de tripulantes u hombres de mar.La matriz de riesgos es una herramienta que la empresa podrá utilizar en todos sus procesos como una herramienta que les permita mejorar su gestión preventivaThe artisanal fishing of sardines is a dangerous item because it takes place in a hostile environment, which is the sea that we all know, with changing climatic conditions and on board a vessel that literally floats and moves on it, as well as risks of diverse origins present throughout its process.Given the need for safety in this type of vessels, I have proposed to develop a matrix to identify the hazards, evaluate the risks and based on this evaluation, provide corrective actions that will reduce the risk to which the workers are exposed.
