Abstract
En este estudio se buscó la opción de integrar varias teorías relacionadas con la transferencia de conocimiento, en específico la transferencia de Buenas Prácticas. Queda claro que éste es un desafío multivariable, que al a ser atendido de manera exitosa, la empresa tendrá altas probabilidades de mejorar sus rendimientos operativos. Los resultados entregados por el estudio y revisión de antecedentes de CAP MINERÍA permitieron establecer una debilidad en cuanto a la sistematización de Buenas Prácticas. Se ha entendido también, que existe una serie de antecedentes que demuestran que esta organización ha sido exitosa en la implementación de buenas prácticas, sin embargo, el verdadero desafío radica en la permanencia y sostenibilidad de esas, otras y nuevas mejoras. Una serie de teorías fueron seleccionadas con el fin de integrarlas con una mirada sistémica. Teoría del conocimiento, aprendizaje organizacional, sistematización, liderazgo y aspectos esenciales del comportamiento individual, tales como; contrato sicológico, emocionalidad y acción e interacción social, fueron el marco teórico que sustentaron los resultados de la presente tesina.
The objective of this study is to incorporate various theories related with the transfer of knowledge, in particular the transfer of good practices. It is clear this is a multi variable challenge and, in the case it is achieved, the company would have higher chances to improve their operating performance. The results of this study and background checking by CAP MINERIA helped to identify a flaw related with the systematization of good practices. Also, it is recognized the existence of a series of records which confirmed the effectiveness of the structure in the implementation of good practices. However, the true challenge lies in the permanency and sustainability of this and other enhancements. A series of theories were chosen with the objective to integrate them with a systematic approach. Knowledge theory, organizational learning, systematization, leadership and other essential matters of the individual behavior as psychological contract, emotionality, social activity and interaction were the theoretical framework which sustained the results of the current thesis.
