Abstract
Los temas tratados en este trabajo corresponden al análisis financiero entre lainstalación de albañilería armada con bloques prefabricados de hormigón versus laalbañilería confinada de ladrillo fiscal.Es importante conocer y controlar todas las variables que interactúan durante eldesarrollo de las partidas, y el peso económico de los gastos generales en su ejecución,mientras los datos obtenidos sean más concretos, se tendrá una mejor evaluación en eldesarrollo y estudio de cada partida.Se tomará la experiencia de dos obras idénticas en las obras civiles de los recintosejecutadas en la comuna de La Calera.Estas obras son “Reposición estadio Pueblo Nuevo, Artificio, La Calera” y“Construcción cancha Jorge Hidalgo, La Calera” ejecutada por empresas constructoras dela zona.En cada obra se, analizaron los costos directos e indirectos de la albañilería debloques prefabricados de hormigón y sus plazos de ejecución, que pertenecen a la rutacrítica del proyecto, por lo cual su plazo de ejecución influye directamente sobre los gastosgenerales del contrato.
The subjects dealt with in this work correspond to the financial analysis between theplacement of reinforced masonry with prefabricated concrete blocks versus the confinedmasonry of fiscal brick.It is important to know and control all the variables that interact during the development ofthe items, and the economic weight of the general expenses in their execution, while thedata obtained are more specific, a better evaluation will be obtained in the development andstudy of each item.The experience of two identical works will be taken in the civil works of the enclosuresexecuted in the commune of La Calera.These works are "Pueblo Nuevo Replacement stadium, Artificio, La Calera" and"Construction of the Jorge Hidalgo field, La Calera" executed by construction companies inthe area.In each work, the direct and indirect costs of the masonry of prefabricated concrete blocksand their execution periods, which belong to the critical route of the project, were analyzed,so its term of execution directly influences the general expenses of the contract.
