Abstract
La siguiente memoria desarrolla un análisis de la empresa Agrosuper, específicamente de la planta de cecinas Alimentos Doñihue. La empresa hoy en día tiene acceso a todo el país, por lo que busca llevar productos con altos estándares de calidad e inocuidad a sus consumidores.Diferentes problemas afectan a la calidad de los productos que esta planta comercializa, por lo que se presentan oportunidades concretas de mejoramiento, siendo en este caso, el área de embalajes el foco principal.A través de dos procesos de levantamiento de información que incluyen observación y diálogo con actores relevantes en el proceso de embalaje, se define un modelo de diseño y desarrollo para embalajes de palletizado mixto en planta de Alimentos Doñihue.El modelo propone resolver los problemas desde la parte técnica de embalajes y entregar medidas de solución para la mejora en ámbitos de formato, calidad y palletizado.
The following paper presents an analysis of Agrosuper company, specifically in “Alimentos Doñihue” cured meat plant. Currently, the company has a country-wide access to their products, with the idea of bringing these products with high quality and safety standards to its consumers.Different kinds of issues are affecting the quality of the final product commercialized by the plant. This creates potential improvement opportunities, and in this case, related to the packaging area.Through two information collection processes including observation and dialogue with important actors in the packaging process inside the Company, a design and development model is defined for a mixed use palletized packaging in “Alimentos Doñihue” plant.The model aims to solve the problems from the technical side of packaging and to provide improvements in format, quality and palletizing.
