Abstract

En los últimos años, empresas nacionales y extranjeras han fortalecido su presencia en el país, expandiéndose tanto en negocios locales como en cadenas de supermercados a lo largo del territorio. Estas empresas han sobresalido en sus respectivas áreas y han mantenido la calidad de sus productos. Sin embargo, en esta cadena de procesos, hay elementos que no mantienen la misma calidad, siendo el más crítico el proceso de reporte de siniestros. Para dar solución a este problema, se investigaron las herramientas y metodologías que el mercado ofrece, al seleccionar las que más se acomoda al contexto del problema, y realizar las pruebas solicitadas por la metodología se obtiene una aplicación que soluciona el problema en cuestión.

In recent years, domestic and foreign companies have strengthened their presence in the country, expanding both in local businesses and in supermarket chains throughout the country. These companies have excelled in their respective areas and have maintained the quality of their products. However, in this process chain, there are elements that do not maintain the same quality, the most critical being the claims reporting process. To solve this problem, the tools and methodologies offered by the market were investigated, and by selecting those that best fit the context of the problem, and performing the tests requested by the methodology, an application was obtained that solves the problem in question.
