Abstract
El trabajo consiste en una sugerencia para mejorar la Calidad de Experiencia de los usuarios
en una red móvil LTE. Para esto, primero, se estudio los distintos tipos de tráfico y demandas en las
redes móviles de datos. Luego, se selecciono los parámetros y las variables relevantes de Calidad de
Servicio que ayudan a mejorar la Calidad de Experiencia del usuario. Finalmente se eligen las
herramientas presentes en LTE para manejar la Calidad de Servicio. Los resultados muestran una
mejora considerable para todos los casos donde se decide aplicar políticas de diferenciación de
trafico dentro de la red versus escenarios de mejor esfuerzo. En conclusión se decide complementar
la diferenciación de tráfico a nivel de la red como a nivel de los planes ofrecidos al cliente.
This works consists of a suggestion to improve the quality of experience of the users in a LTE mobile network. For this, first it was studied the different types of traffic and demands in the mobile data networks. Then, it was selected the parameters and the relevant variables of Quality of Service to help improve the Quality of Experience of the user. Finally the present tools are chosen for LTE to handle the Quality of Service. The results show a considerable improvement for all the cases where it is decided apply policies of differentiation of traffic inside the network versus stage s of best effort. In conclusion it is decided to complement the differentiation of traffic to level of the network as to level of the plans offered to the client.
