Abstract
Esta investigación analiza cómo las herramientas tecnológicas de marketing basadas en inteligencia artificial pueden fortalecer el desarrollo comercial de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MIPYMES) en Chile. A partir del marco teórico y del análisis del Centro de Desarrollo de Negocios Sercotec de la Provincia de San Antonio, se identifica que las MIPYMES enfrentan brechas de gestión, limitaciones digitales y dificultades estructurales que afectan su competitividad. Los resultados evidencian que la inteligencia artificial y el marketing digital ofrecen oportunidades para optimizar procesos, aumentar visibilidad, mejorar la toma de decisiones y ampliar la capacidad comercial. Sin embargo, su implementación efectiva requiere madurez digital, orden interno, formación continua y apoyo institucional. Se concluye que la incorporación de estas tecnologías representa una oportunidad estratégica para impulsar la competitividad de las MIPYMES, siempre que exista acompañamiento técnico y un ecosistema digital inclusivo que facilite su adopción.
This research examines how technology-based marketing tools supported by artificial intelligence (Mkt AI) can strengthen the commercial development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Chile. Based on the theoretical framework and the analysis of the Sercotec Business Development Center (CDN) in the Province of San Antonio, the study identifies that MSMEs face management gaps, digital limitations, and structural challenges that hinder their competitiveness. The findings show that artificial intelligence and digital marketing provide opportunities to optimize processes, increase visibility, improve decision-making, and expand commercial capacity. However, their effective implementation requires digital maturity, internal organization, continuous training, and institutional support. The study concludes that incorporating these technologies represents a strategic opportunity to enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs, provided that there is technical guidance and an inclusive digital ecosystem that facilitates their adoption.
