Diseño de un formato para la aplicación del plan integral de seguridad escolar PISE en establecimientos educacionales de la Corporación Municipal Viña del Mar

Abstract

Este trabajo de título se centra en facilitar la aplicación del Plan Integral de Seguridad Escolar (PISE) en los establecimientos educacionales de la Corporación Municipal de Viña del Mar (CMVM). El análisis de los PISE de la CMVM reveló deficiencias en su aplicación; la información era incompleta y no reflejaba la realidad de cada centro. La nueva propuesta busca subsanar estas falencias, incorporando elementos de la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastre (GRD) y asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable; este nuevo formato facilita la planificación y la respuesta ante emergencias, promoviendo una cultura preventiva en la comunidad educativa.This thesis focuses on facilitating the implementation of the Comprehensive School Safety Plan (PISE) in the educational establishments of the Municipal Corporation of Viña del Mar (CMVM). The analysis of the PISE in the CMVM revealed deficiencies in its application; the information was incomplete and did not reflect the reality of each center. The new proposal aims to address these shortcomings by incorporating elements of Disaster Risk Management (GRD) and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. This new format facilitates planning and response to emergencies, promoting a preventive culture within the educational community.
