Abstract
El presente trabajo muestra la detección de correos de rebotes en los despachos masivos de una Telco, con el fin de corregir la inconsistencia de los actuales reportes de estados de correos que ésta maneja. Esto se logra con el procesamiento de correos de rebotes que retornan los servidores de correos de los clientes de la Telco, en base a patrones de búsqueda que actúan sobre los cuerpos de correos, los cuales están implementados con expresiones regulares.Los resultados de la solución ayudaron a la Telco a bajar los constantes reclamos de sus clientes, por la inconsistencia de los estados de correos. En promedio, los últimos 3 meses (agosto a octubre de 2017) se tienen alrededor de 10 mil rebotes detectados por la solución e integrados con los reportes. Antes, estos correos aparecían como correos correctamente entregados a los clientes de la Telco.
The present job shows the detection of bounced email in the massive emailing of a Telco, in order to fix the inconsistency of the current reports of email states that it manages. This is achieved with the processing of bounce mails that return the mail servers of Telco customers, based on search patterns that act on the email bodies, which are implemented with regular expressions.The results of the solution helped the Telco to lower the constant claims of its customers, due to the inconsistency of the email states. On average, the last 3 months (august to october 2017) have around 10 thousand bounces detected by the solution and integrated with the reports.
