Abstract
La transición de una modalidad de clases presencial a online es un proceso complejo, y en la UTFSM tuvo que realizarse sin una planificación suficiente debido a la urgencia del contexto social y sanitario. Los resultados de la investigación realizada indican que esto ha tenido consecuencias en la calidad de la educación entregada. Entonces, la finalidad de esta memoria es presentar una propuesta de guía de orientación que entregue sugerencias para el proceso formativo online del departamento de informática de la Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, con énfasis en el aseguramiento de la calidad y enfocándose en las necesidades de sus estudiantes, profesores y ayudantes. Entre las áreas abarcadas se encuentran las evaluaciones, ayudantías, metodologías, mejora continua, materiales y herramientas de apoyo.
The transition from attending mode to online class modality is a complex process, and at the UTFSM it had to be carried out without sufficient planning due to the urgency of the social and health context. The results of the research indicate that this has had consequences on the quality of education delivered. The purpose of this work is to present a proposal of an orientation guide that provides suggestions for the online training process of the Computer Science Department of the Federico Santa María Technical University, with an emphasis on quality assurance and focusing on the needs of the students, teachers, and assistants. Among the areas covered are evaluations, assistantships, methodologies, continuous improvement, equipment, and support tools.
