Abstract

El proyecto es un sistema de respuesta temporal que a través de un entramado reticular permite disminuir la complejidad en situaciones de emergencia social, respondiendo arquitectónicamente con una estructura que parte de otra estructura base de la gradería de canchas informales, situadas en Villa Independencia, Ciudad Viña del Mar. El objetivo principal de este proyecto es que funcione como parte del plan de contingencia para que en el futuro sea más eficiente. El sistema está capacitado para desplegarse temporalmente como respuesta inmediata y transitoria a situaciones naturales o accidentes catastróficos, tales como incendios, aluviones, tsunamis y terremotos, donde gran parte de los afectados quedan sin vivienda para realizar actividades básicas. Su permanencia es temporal debido a que es parte de la transición entre la catástrofe y la entrega de viviendas de emergencia por parte del estado y también para volver a hacer uso de las canchas, no permaneciendo más del tiempo del debido según la situación lo amerite. Este cuenta con membranas de un material ignífugo, traslúcido, resistente a la radiación UV, entre otras características, permitiendo así establecer y zonificar en retículas espacios dignos para albergar programas según la emergencia dicta desde el primer día (centro de acopio de agua, comida, enceres personales, herramientas para remoción de escombros, etc.), cocina, comedor, duchas, ayuda psicológica, enfermería, espacio de distracción, espacio para realizar tareas (en caso de estudiantes) o juntas de vecinos. En resumen, un espacio multifuncional, habitable en medio de la catástrofe, que pueda servir como cobijo temporal durante la espera de viviendas de emergencia.
