Abstract
Este resumen ejecutivo presenta la propuesta de crear una empresa especializada en la comercialización de insumos para motocicletas, un sector que ha experimentado un crecimiento constante y una demanda creciente.  El principal objetivo de la empresa es ofrecer una amplia variedad de productos que cubran las necesidades de los entusiastas del motociclismo y de los usuarios cotidianos que utilizan motocicletas como medio de transporte habitual.  A través de un estudio exhaustivo del mercado, se ha identificado el perfil de nuestros clientes objetivo, lo que nos permitirá diseñar estrategias de marketing efectivas y seleccionar los canales de distribución más adecuados.  Nuestro enfoque es atraer a una amplia variedad de clientes, prestando especial atención a aquellos que buscan productos de alta calidad a precios accesibles, adaptados a diversos presupuestos.  Nos proponemos satisfacer las necesidades tanto de los motociclistas aficionados que buscan productos de alto rendimiento, como de aquellos que requieren insumos de calidad para un uso más funcional y cotidiano.  A largo plazo, el objetivo de la empresa es posicionarse como una marca líder en el comercio electrónico de insumos para motocicletas en Chile, con un enfoque integral que no solo se limite a ofrecer productos, sino también a brindar soluciones completas a los usuarios, proporcionar información valiosa sobre los productos y servicios, asegurar que todos sus clientes reciban la mejor calidad posible.
