Abstract
Chile es uno de los países que más afectados se ven por el cambio climático. Una de sus manifestaciones se refleja en el alza de temperaturas y en la disminución considerable de las precipitaciones que se han ido agravando cada vez más. Esto afecta directamente a los cultivos los cuales tendrán que extenderse en periodos de riego y reducir los más necesitados de agua, especialmente aquellos sin mejoras tecnológicas. Esto hizo necesario al gobierno chileno empezar a controlar el aprovechamiento de agua por medio de la Dirección General de Aguas (DGA) con decretos que rigen en las regiones mayormente afectadas.

One of its manifestations is reflected in the rise in temperatures and the considerable decrease in rainfall, which has been getting worse and worse. This directly affects crops, which will have to extend irrigation periods and reduce those most in need of water, especially those without technological improvements. This made it necessary for the Chilean government to start controlling water use through the General Water Directorate (DGA) with decrees in force in the most affected regions.
