This methodology aims to create a more effective and efficient production system, mainly focusing on production and logistics fields. The Kanban systems consist of several ways to communicate and exchange information between different operators of a production line at a company, or between supplier and customer. Its purpose is to simplify communication, speeding it up and avoiding errors caused by lack of information and also maximize the team productivity by reducing team’s inactive periods. The present document will analyse this methodology using the Atlassian JIRA software which seeks to capture, organize and assign tasks and also track all team’s activities. Maintenance is an activity that prolongs the life of the software, preserving the investment done in their development, but consumes many resources in an organization; therefore, it is important that this activity is done with productivity improvement in mind. This paper shows the development of proposed practices, metrics and software maintenance policies for a unit of software maintenance belonging to a public institution. The proposals aim to improve the maintenance process that is performed on an ad hoc basis and transform it into a formal process that can be measured and controlled, allowing to learn from experiences of the past, and have resulted in a software product quality. The validation of the study is done through expert judgment method, where the expert panel, that is integrated by 9 members of the unit, expressed the level of agreement they have with the content of each of the individual proposals and assess how the proposals, as a whole, manage to solve the problems identified during the development of the maintenance process. Las personas quieren pagarlo menos posible por el servicio obtenido, por lo que están al pendiente de cuántotiempo estiman permanecer en el estacionamiento. El método de pago que existe actualmenteen la mayoría de los estacionamientos es a través de una fila de personasque cancelan en una caseta o en una máquina, donde ambos generan un ticket quedebe ser presentado a la salida. Esto provoca una demora en la salida del estacionamiento,debido a que las personas deben primero cancelar su permanencia antesde retirarse efectivamente del lugar, en vez de sólo tomar el vehículo y abandonarel recinto.La solución propuesta a esta problemática es optimizar los tiempos de pago delos estacionamientos mediante un nuevo sistema de entrada y salida, utilizando latecnología de códigos 2D (QR y PDF417) que se encuentran insertos en las cédulasde identidad. Los proyectos postulantes cuentan conantecedentes que deben ser analizados y evaluados según su área de aplicaciónpara determinar su calificación y posible asignación de un fondo FONDECYT.En este contexto nace SEC (Sistema de Evaluación Curricular), unaplataforma implementada el año 2015 por la empresa de desarrollo de softwareNet-works con el fin de automatizar los procesos evaluativos y disminuir lostiempos finales en la asignación de fondos sobre los proyectos postulantes a losdiferentes concursos de FONDECYT.El objetivo principal de esta memoria, es generar y ejecutar un Plan deTesting sobre el sistema SEC con el fin de dar lineamientos sobre lasfuncionalidades a mejorar y asegurar un producto de calidad para los concursosde los próximos años.
