Abstract
El presente documento expone los resultados de un diagnóstico a 2 asignaturas consecutivas de ingeniería de software en la Universidad técnica Federico Santa María y otorga una propuesta para mejorar su afinidad ante las metodologías ágiles. El diagnóstico se realizó mediante el análisis a legados de alumnos que han rendido estas asignaturas en los años 2014 a 2018, contrastando estas observaciones con la ejecución de dichas asignaturas durante el año 2018, encontrándose que los conflictos encontrados son consecuencias de un problema raíz: la cultura organizacional. Para contrarrestar esto, se otorga una propuesta que especifica roles, herramientas y pautas para las pruebas que se utilizan en las asignaturas, en pos de eliminar las inconsistencias con los valores y principios del manifiesto ágil.
This document presents the results of a diagnosis to 2 consecutive software engineering courses at Federico Santa María Technical University and offers a proposal to improve its affinity with agile methodologies. The diagnosis was made by analyzing legacies of students who have completed these subjects in the years 2014 to 2018, contrasting these observations with the execution of said subjects during the year 2018, finding that the conflicts found are consequences of a root problem: the organizational culture. To counteract this, a proposal is given that specifies roles, tools and guidelines for the tests used in the subjects, in order to eliminate inconsistencies with the values and principles of the agile manifesto.
