Abstract
La presente tesis es una investigación que tiene por objetivo aplicar partes de distintas metodologías de innovación para lograr proponer una herramienta de apoyo a los emprendedores a definir una estructura de discursos y así mejorar su desempeño de exposición para poder aumentar sus posibilidades de éxito en la obtención de financiamiento.Para lograr este objetivo es que identificamos y re-definiremos el problema a través de, entrevistas, revisión bibliográfica y sus variables socio-demográficas, reconocemos a los participantes del problema, analizamos su entorno y contexto y se definió el objetivo general y objetivos específicos.Posteriormente, se definieron los perfiles de los actores relevantes del problema identificando sus necesidades, motivaciones, frustraciones, el contexto y sus variables sociodemográficas y luego establecemos el mapa de empatía para identificar que piensa y siente, que dice y hace y cuáles son sus miedos y frustraciones. Con todo este trabajo se definió el desafío para buscar soluciones que den respuesta a cada uno de los actores.Una vez definido el desafío, se inició el proceso de desarrollo de soluciones, identificando las existentes en el mercado, buscando quienes son los referentes para el proyecto, se realizó el proceso de lluvia de ideas y se consolidaron para seleccionar una de ellas.Una vez seleccionada la idea a desarrollar se procede con la confección del prototipo virtual con el fin de mostrar sus atributos a los actores relevantes y validar la solución para obtener sus comentarios, sugerencias y mejoras.Luego se realizó el análisis de factibilidad técnica y económica con expertos en desarrollo de soluciones tecnológicas y ver cuál es la mejor alternativa de desarrollo.Al finalizar el trabajo, se identifican algunas actividades claves para permitir el escalamiento de la plataforma tecnológica si se estima implementarla.
His thesis is an investigation that aims to implement parts of different methodologies of innovation for proposing a support tool for entrepreneurs to define a structure of discourse and improve their performance exposure in order to increase their chances of success in obtaining financing.To achieve this goal is to identify and re-define the problem through interviews, literature review and their socio-demographic variables, we recognize the participants of the problem, analyze their environment and context and the overall objective and specific objectives defined.Later, profiles of relevant actors of the problem identifying their needs, motivations, frustrations, context and sociodemographic variables and then establish the map of empathy to identify thinks and feels, says and does and what their fears were defined and frustrations. With all this work defined the challenge to find solutions that respond to each of the actors.Having defined the challenge, the solution development process began by identifying existing in the market, looking for some of the references for the project, the brainstorming process was carried out and consolidated to select one of them.Once selected the idea to develop proceed with the preparation of the virtual prototype in order to show its attributes to relevant actors and validate the solution for your comments, suggestions and improvements.Analyses of technical and economic feasibility with experts in developing technological solutions were then performed and see what the best alternative development.Upon completion of the work, some key activities are identified to allow scaling of the technology platform if deemed implement it.
