Abstract

SMI aims to reach over 5 years to 13.7% share of the market in the north and 27% in 10 years, being a standardized service standard shall be achieved enhancing the more appreciated by customers and have increased the Laboratory of the parent which are the fast service combined with industry-standard prices. Will then be installed in the north a laboratory equipped to calibrate the same six variables in the Central Zone, with all sales and administrative support required. This will be relevant in a strong promotion and marketing campaign in an industry currently in practice are not advertised, mainly for the convenience that this industry is oligopolistic. The amount to invest to implement this laboratory is US$327.847 and made the awareness, the most favorable scenario is to financially from a 75% financing of investment, which in turn would present positive cash flow from the third year of operation and a NPV of US$ 1.817.848 to ten years, with an IRR of 57%.
