CREACIÓN DE UNA PROPUESTA DE PLATAFORMA QUE FOMENTE EL EMPRENDIMIENTO FEMENINO DE LA QUINTA REGIÓN

Abstract

Este proyecto desarrollado para optar al título de Ingeniera Civil Industrial, intenta colaborar con eldesarrollo del emprendimiento femenino en la V Región de Valparaíso, siendo un aporte en el empoderamientode las mujeres y en los cambios de paradigmas culturales.Con esa motivación, esta iniciativa ha sido elaborada para formalizar las bases de desarrollo de unaplataforma interactiva y digital de información útil para el desarrollo y crecimiento de negocios, que a su vezbusca ser un espacio dedicado a contribuir en la generación de redes de apoyo y contacto, fomentando elemprendimiento chileno femenino.La idea es que sea un espacio que permita orientar a aquellas mujeres que tengan la intención ymotivación de seguir aprendiendo con iniciativas vinculadas a conocerse, conectarse, informarse sobrefinanciamiento, foros, exposiciones, talleres, seminarios, herramientas varias, fondos públicos y privados,mediante un gran medio, como lo es internet. De esta manera, se encontrarán, dialogarán entre ellas,formarán una comunidad y aprenderán de manera significativa sobre cómo crear, desarrollar o mejorar suemprendimiento de manera que sea sostenible en el tiempo.Por otra parte, con la misma ayuda de estas emprendedoras que activamente visitarán la plataforma, sebuscará la conformación de una base de datos, pensada para estudios estadísticos posteriores, transformandola plataforma en un bien público.

This project, that was developed to qualify for the degree of Industrial Civil Engineer, and it tries tocollaborate with the development of female entrepreneurship in the V Region of Valparaíso. It would also,like to be a contribution in the empowerment of women and in the changes of cultural paradigms.With this motivation, this initiative has been created to formalize the basis of development of aninteractive and digital platform of information, useful for the development and growth of businesses, whichin turn, seeks to be a space dedicated to contributing to the generation of support and contact networks,promoting the feminine chilean entrepreneurship.This is a space to allow to guide those women who have the intenction and motivation to continuelearning, with initiatives related to getting to know each other, to connect, to find out about financing, to holdforums, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, diverse tools and public and private funds, through a great tool, asinternet is. Here, women will meet, they will start a dialogue among themselves in order to form a communityand learn meaningfully about how to create, develop or improve their entrepreneurship in a way that will besustainable over time.On the other hand, with the same help from these female entrepreneurs who will actively visit theplatform, a database will be created, for later statistical studies, transforming the platform into a publicgood.
