dc.description.abstractLa presente memoria tiene por objetivo principal el rediseño de los procesos de negocio de la empresa de reparaciones RepairCo Ltda. Para lograrlo se creó una metodología de rediseño a partir del estudio bibliográfico de autores y sus distintas propuestas. La metodología creada fue aplicada a los procesos de negocio de la empresa iniciando con la identificación de su estrategia y lineamientos básicos, seguido de un análisis de factores críticos de éxito y de indicadores generales para poder plantear los objetivos del rediseño.Para seleccionar el proceso a rediseñar se modelaron los procesos relacionados con el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados utilizando BPMN y se analizaron mediante la creación de indicadores específicos para cada uno, eligiendo así el peor evaluado.El proceso seleccionado fue sometido a cambios tanto de responsabilidades como estructurales, los que fueron modelados con BPMN. Dado que el rediseño incluía la incorporación de un software, fue necesaria la aplicación de metodologías de ingeniería de software, las que incluían la definición de diagramas de caso de uso y de clases mediante lenguaje UML.Finalmente, se evaluaron los efectos que tendría el rediseño en los problemas encontrados en el análisis de la empresa, junto con una evaluación de los beneficios y costos que traería el proyecto en términos económicos.es_CL
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this report is the redesign of the business processes of the maintenance, repair and operations company RepairCo Ltda. To achieve this, a redesign methodology was created based on the bibliographic study of several authors and their different proposals. The methodology was applied to the company’s business processes, starting with the identification of its strategy and basic guidelines, followed by an analysis of Critical Success Factors and general indicators to set the redesign objectives.To select which process was to be redesigned, the processes related to the fulfillment of the objectives proposed were modeled using BPMN, then analyzed by the creation of specific indicators for each one, to finally choose the worst evaluated.The selected process was subject to both structural and personnel changes, which were modeled with BPMN. Since the redesign included the incorporation of software, it was necessary to apply software engineering methodologies, which included the definition of use and class diagrams, using UML.Finally, the effects that the redesign would have on the problems identified in the analysis of the company were evaluated, together with a Cost benefit analysis of the project in economic terms.eng
