Abstract
Resumen— El Crew Scheduling Problem es un problema de op mización de gran relevan-
cia para el ámbito del transporte, pues la contratación de personal representa el segundo
mayor costo de la industria. Con la globalización y la creciente can dad de viajes, cada vez
se requieren flotas más grandes de vehículos, y junto a esto se requiere personal adicional,
lo cual representa un costo adicional. En la presente memoria se busca u lizar métodos de
inteligencia ar ficial para resolver este problema que aun está vigente y que cada vez es
más complejo. Se implementarán y compararán dis ntos algoritmos que permitan resolver
el problema, comparando los resultados obtenidos con algunos ya existentes.

Abstract— The Crew Scheduling Problem is a highly relevant op miza on problem for the transport industry, since hiring staff represents the second highest cost in the industry. With globalisa on and the increasing number of travels, larger fleets of vehicles are required, and together with this addi onal staff is required, which represents an addi onal cost. This docu- ment seeks to use ar ficial intelligence methods to solve this problem, which is s ll relevant and is becoming more complex. Different algorithms will be implemented and compared to solve the problem, comparing the results obtained with some exis ng ones. Keywords— Crew Scheduling, Ar ficial Intelligence, Heuris cs.
