dc.description.abstractSe espera una desaceleración en la actividad económica de la construcción en Chile para los próximos años por diversos factores. Por esta razón, los proyectos deberán tener márgenes económicos más ajustados y es fundamental para las empresas constructoras conocer su productividad para realizar planes de trabajo donde exista la menor cantidad posible de pérdidas de recursos y materiales.Es necesario generar un cambio en la metodología de producción aplicando nuevas herramientas de gestión de recursos y de personal, más tecnología y mayor calidad; y programaciones en función de los cuatro pilares de la construcción: calidad, costo o precio, plazo o tiempo y seguridad.Uno de los factores más relevantes para determinar la productividad es la mano de obra. En esta investigación se medirá en terreno la productividad de la mano de obra especializada (concreteros) en faenas de losas de hormigón en edificios en altura.Se identificaran y medirán distintos indicadores como:o Distribución de tiempos de trabajo: se espera conocer el tiempo productivo en la obra y reducir el tiempo no contributivo.o Impacto económico de las HH trabajadas: demostrar cuanto afecta económicamente el retraso en la planificación.o Causas de pérdidas de productividad: el fin de este indicador es conocer al responsable de la existencia de las distintas fallas en el proyecto.o Factores más frecuentes de pérdidas de tiempos: su finalidad es conocer los factores relevantes que acarrean el mayor porcentaje de error.Estas mediciones se realizarán en un proyecto de 25.543 m² ubicado en la región de Valparaíso. Se espera que los resultados y las planillas creadas sean utilizados para posteriores estudios con el fin de conocer la productividad real de la construcción en esta región.es_CL
dc.description.abstractIt is expected a slowdown in the economic activity of construction in Chile for the next few years due to several factors. For this reason, the projects should have tighter economic margins and it is fundamental for construction companies to know their productivity to carry out work plans where the least possible loss of resources and materials exists.It is necessary to generate a change in the methodology of production applying new staff and resources management tools, more technology and greater quality; and schedules based on the four pillars of the construction: quality, cost or price, time and safety.One of the most relevant factors to determine productivity is workmanship. In this research it will be measured the productivity of the specialized workmanship (concrete crew) in concrete slabs in high-rise buildings.Different indicators will be identified and measured, such as:o Distribution of working time: it is expected to know the productive time in the building site and reduce the non-contributive time.o Economic impact of man-hours worked: to demonstrate how financially it affects the delay in planning.o Causes of productivity losses: the purpose of this indicator is to know the person responsible for the existence of the different failures in the project.o More frequent factors of time losses: the purpose is to know the relevant factors that carry the higher percentage of error. These measurements will be made in a project of 25,543 m² located in the region of Valparaiso. It is expected that the results and control spreadsheets created will be used for further studies in order to know the real productivity of the construction in this region.eng
