Creación de fundación para aumentar la inserción laboral de jóvenes TEA a través de asesorías a empresas.

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo visualizar la realidad de las personas con TEA que requieren trabajo y proponer la creación de una fundación con fines de aumentar la inserción laboral de personas pertenecientes al Espectro, todo esto en vías de aumentar los beneficios sociales de este grupo. Esto se hará a través del estudio económico/social del proyecto mediante una contextualización de las personas pertenecientes al Espectro, un análisis del entorno y por ´ultimo un análisis financiero mediante la simulación de Montecarlo.This project aims to visualize the reality of people with ASD who require work and propose the creation of a foundation with the aim of increasing the employment of people belonging to the Spectrum, all of this in the process of increasing the social benefits of this group. This will be done through the economic/social study of the project through a contextualization of the people belonging to the Spectrum, an analysis of the environment and finally a financial analysis through Monte Carlo simulation.
