Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene la finalidad de diseñar un sistema de gestión de calidad, basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015, para una PYME de estructuras metálicas.
Primero se realizó un análisis económico de acuerdo a los datos entregados por el dueño de la empresa en relación a los ingresos de ésta antes de la realización de este trabajo.
Luego se analizaron diversas situaciones de flujos de cajas, donde se analizaron una serie de situaciones al ser implementado el SGC con y sin subsidios y con diferentes tasas de crecimiento de las ventas y reducción de los costos operacionales, en las cuales se pudo apreciar que su implementación, ya sea sin o con subsidio, iba a traer una mejora financiera en un plazo de tres años con un VAN, a una tasa del 15%, de $12.185.802 y un TIR del 81.81% en el mejor de los casos, que es un aumento del 5% de las ventas y reducción de costos operacionales del 5% anual, en un plazo de 3 años.
Debido a que la empresa Gongumet no tiene un sistema de gestión de calidad, para establecer la situación inicial de la empresa se realizó un diagnóstico basado en los puntos más importantes de la norma para ver qué información, aunque fuera transmitida de manera verbal existía y podía ser de utilidad para la creación del SGC.
Luego del análisis económico se estudió la nueva versión de la norma ISO 9001:2015 para desarrollar de acuerdo a esta norma el sistema de gestión de calidad y se analizaron los diversos procesos que tiene la empresa, que van desde el contexto de la organización y el liderazgo dentro de ella hasta los procesos más medulares como son la planificación, el apoyo, la operación, la evaluación de desempeño y la mejora, para adaptarlos de la mejor manera, de tal forma que sean de fácil comprensión para todos los involucrados dentro de la organización.
Este estudio solo abarca el diseño del sistema de gestión de calidad y no su implementación, ya que este es un proceso largo que toma aproximadamente un año en llevarse a cabo, por lo que esta parte queda omitida y será responsabilidad de la empresa seguir con este paso.
Los Riesgos de la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad se pueden subdividir en cuatro grupos importantes: “Dirección y Liderazgo”, “medición, análisis y mejora”, “cultura organizacional y los recursos disponibles” y “metodología del sistema acorde con lo que necesita y/o realiza la empresa” los cuales son abordados de acuerdo a la realidad de la organización.
