Abstract
Debido a que en Chile el mercado de ropa Streetwear sigue creciendo, ya que todavía no llega a la cúspide de popularidad. Por consecuencia, las marcas que más destacan en el mercado son las internacionales las cuales son caras y difíciles de obtener.
Por lo cual se plantea una marca de ropa de streetwear en Santiago de Chile, la cual se dirigirá al público joven. Donde la propuesta de valor será la fusión entre la calidad y precios, ya que se buscará entregar productos de calidad a precios accesibles.
Con esta marca de ropa se busca satisfacer la demanda de ropa streetwear de calidad a precios accesibles para los jóvenes. Para esto se ocuparan el comercio electrónico y se buscará la cercanía con el cliente mediante la redes sociales.
Donde se plantea las colaboraciones estratégicas con youtubers/streamers Chilenos, para así generar comunidad en línea y poder aumentar la visibilidad de la marca.
Para entregar productos de calidad a precios accesibles la marca se enfocará en encontrar insumo de alta calidad, también se buscará optimizar la cadena de suministro y realizar producción eficiente.
Se aspira a ser la marca de ropa streetwear líder de los jóvenes en Santiago de Chile, donde comercializarán tanto colecciones comunes como exclusivas.
Además, se espera estar a la vanguardia en todo momento buscando ser la marca de ropa que entregue calidad, estilo y precios accesibles.
