Abstract
El objetivo principal de esta tesis es apoyar la planificación estratégica de una
empresa de ingeniería inmersa en el mercado de la Construcción llamada Europerfiles, la
cual consta de varias plantas, sucursales y puntos de venta, a través del diseño de un
Sistema de Control de Gestión Estratégico. El presente trabajo se basa en diseñar un
sistema de gestión basado en Balanced Scorecard para una empresa inmersa en el mundo
de la construcción. A la vez se revisaran las diferencias del sistema escogido con los
distintos modelos de control de gestión existentes en el mercado.
En la actualidad las empresas tiene la necesidad de diferenciarse de la competencia y
ser más rentables y viables en el tiempo, lo cual hace imprescindible disponer de un
sistema de control de gestión que permita guiar a la organización al logro de su
estrategia y cumplir los objetivos y metas impuestas. Debido a la fuerte competitividad
existente en los mercados a la disminución en las barreras de entrada y salida y a la
necesidad que tiene las empresas de diferenciarse y mantener o aumentar su cuota de
mercado es que hoy en día el manejo cabal e integral de la totalidad de la empresa es
clave para el futuro de ésta y no solo el manejo de las áreas operacionales o contables, si
no en la totalidad de esta. Debido a lo anterior es que se reconoce que la estrategia
constituye el corazón de la gestión organizacional y que el esfuerzo que se dedique a su
formulación como implantación y control son claves para la supervivencia.
En cuanto a la industria de la construcción, las condiciones de un entorno incierto
están demandando una ingeniería y empresas cada vez más eficaces y acorde a los
tiempos, adecuándose, día a día, a los nuevos requerimientos y restricciones como un
factor crítico para el éxito del negocio.
The main objective of this thesis is to support the strategic planning of an engineering company immersed in the construction market called Europerfiles, which consist of several factories, branch offices and showrooms, through the design of the strategic management control system. The present work is about on the design of a Management System based on Balanced Scorecard for a Company in the building business world. At the same time the differences of the selected system will be reviewed with the different models of Management Control in the existing market. Nowadays the companies have the need to differ from the competition and be more profitable and viable throughout time, which makes it essential to obtain a Management Control System that allows to guide the organization through the successs of their strategies and the achievement of their objectives and the set of goals. Due to the strong existing competitiveness in the markets to diminish the barriers of entrance and exit the companies need to differ, keep or increase their market share is that today the complete and integral management of the whole company is the key to the future of it and not only the management of the operational and accounting areas, but also the whole system of them. According to the factors mentioned above, it is relevant, to recognize that the strategy constitute the heart of the organizational management and the effort dedicated to its formulation, as well as, its execution and control which are the keys to success. As to the building industry, the conditions of an uncertain environment are demanding an engineering system and more effective companies according to the actual times, adapting themselves, day by day, to the new requirements and restrictions as a critical factor to business success.
