Abstract
El desarrollo de un Plan de Negocios debe considerar una serie de antecedentes relevantes, tanto del mercado como del producto/servicio a desarrollar. En este documento se crea y se desarrolla el Plan de Negocios del Emprendimiento Plataforma Crowdcerts, primero presentando y contextualizando el problema actual al que se enfrentan los consumidores de música en vivo a nivel nacional. Uno de los mayores inconvenientes a los que se ven enfrentados hoy en día los consumidores chilenos de música en vivo son los altos precios de los tickets de entrada a conciertos, que solo parecen justificar los porcentajes de utilidades obtenidos por las productoras nacionales. Se consideró relevante desarrollar el concepto de Crowdfunding como base de la Plataforma Crowdcerts y los casos exitosos que se han implementado en Chile. A pesar de esto, existen unas pocas plataformas extranjeras, como Brandtactic.me y Montatuconcierto, enfocadas en un mercado similar al que pretende abarcar el proyecto en desarrollo, por lo cual se desarrolló un Marco teórico para explicar y detallar todas las áreas importantes del proyecto. Primeramente se realizó una investigación de mercado, a través de una encuesta de segmentación y una entrevista a una experta con el fin de validar los insights propuestos por el equipo y para validar el modelo de negocios de Crowdcerts. Después, se presenta el Análisis FODA, que se utiliza para identificar aspectos internos y externos de la empresa, para que sirva como guía en la toma de decisiones. También se desarrolló el Análisis PESTL, que muestra los aspectos externos incontrolables donde se mueve una empresa: Político, Económico, Social, Tecnológico y Legal. Luego se realizó el Análisis de las 5 Fuerzas de Porter, una herramienta que se utiliza para mostrar cómo se encuentra el mercado en donde la empresa vive, como en la competencia, sustitutos, poder de negociación, barreras de entrada, entre otras. Finalmente, se utilizó el Modelo de Negocios CANVAS, una herramienta actual y dinámica para construir, explicar e iterar el modelo de negocios de una empresa en base a 9 factores claves. La última etapa de este documento muestra el Plan de Negocios propiamente tal, donde se explica cada servicio que prestará la Plataforma Crowdcerts, el Plan de Marketing, Plan Estratégico, y la Evaluación Financiera. En este último se analizaron 3 escenarios, uno pesimista, normal y optimista, evaluando el proyecto a un horizonte temporal de 5 años y alcanzando resultados positivos en los indicadores de mayor relevancia, tanto para el escenario normal y el escenario optimista.
Developing a Business Plan must consider a number of relevant background, both market and product / service development. In this document it is created and develop the Business Plan for the Crowdcerts platform entrepreneurship, first presenting and contextualizing the current problem that consumers of live music face, and takes place nationally. One of the biggest drawbacks to those who are confronted today Chileans live music consumers are the high prices of entrance tickets to concerts that just seem to justify the percentage of profits earned by the producers of national events. It was considered important to develop the concept of Crowdfunding as base of the Crowdcerts platform, and successes that have been implemented in Chile. Despite this, there are a few foreign platforms such as Brandtactic.me and Montatuconcierto, aimed at a similar market that is intended to cover the ongoing project, for which was developed a theoretical framework to explain and detail all important areas of the project. Firstly, it was performed a market research, conducted through a survey of segmentation and an interview with an expert in order to validate the insights offered by the team and to validate the Business Model of Crowdcerts. Then, SWOT Analysis, used to identify internal and external aspects of the company, to serve as a guide in making decisions arises. It also was developed de PESTL Analysis showing the uncontrollable external aspects where a company moves; Political, Economic, Social, Technological and Legal aspects. Then, the Analysis of the Porter´s 5 Forces, a tool that is used to show how is the market where the company lives in competition, substitutes, bargaining power, entry barriers, among others. Finally, it was used the Business Model CANVAS, a current and dinamic tool for building, explain and iterate the business model of a company based in nine key factors. The last stage of this document shows the Business Plan itself, where is explained each service provided by the Crowdcerts Platform, Marketing Plan, Strategic Plan and Financial Assessment. In this last one, three scenarios were analyzed, one pessimistic, one average, and one optimistic, evaluating the project at a time horizon of five years and reaching positive results in most relevant indicators for both, the normal scenario and the optimistic scenario.
