Un análisis de la reforma tributaria propuesta por el gobierno Chileno (2010-2014)

Abstract

En el siguiente estudio se analiza la reforma tributaria propuesta por el Gobierno de Sebastián Piñera (2010-2014). El enfoque es descubrir cómo afecta esta propuesta a la economía del país, a las personas, las empresas del mercado local y si es suficiente para la educación. Se comparo la propuesta inicial y final del Gobierno, como también la realizada por la Oposición, de esta manera se intento no tener ningún sesgo por colores políticos e intentar ser lo más objetivo posible. El análisis se llevo a cabo de la siguiente manera: primero, se estudia como evaluar una reforma tributaria; segundo, se analiza el sistema actual de Chile; tercero, se compara la propuesta del Gobierno y la Oposición; cuarto, se realiza un análisis económico para ver la incidencia de la reforma tributaria en el PIBy como afecta el gasto en educación; quinto, se realizan entrevistas a expertos para obtener su opinión en cuanto a la propuesta.

The following study will analyze the tax reform proposed by the government of Sebastián Piñera (2010-2014). The approach is to uncover how this proposal affects the economy, people, companies, local market and if it is enough for education of the country. It compares the initial and final proposal of the Government, as well as the Opposition’s, this way there are no political bias colors and it is as objective as possible. The analysis was carried out as follows: first, how to study and evaluate a tax reform, second, analyzed the current system of Chile, third, we compared the proposal of the Government and the Opposition; fourth, an economic analysis was performed to study the impact of the tax reform on GDP and how it affects education spending; fifth, experts were interviewed for their opinions on the proposal.
