Abstract
El presente documento describe el diseño e implementación dentro del servicio Rostaurus(proveedor de la optimización de turnos en restaurantes) de un sistema de Inteligencia de Negocios(Business Intelligent, BI) que permite analizar los datos históricos para mejorar la gestión delrecurso humano en los restaurantes adscritos al servicio.
