Abstract

La vía pública es un lugar en donde las personas están expuestas a eventualespeligros. Las señales de tránsito son uno de los instrumentos utilizados para normalizar elcomportamiento de las personas, de tal manera de contar con un estándar entendible portodos que guíe el accionar en las calles de una ciudad. El problema comienza cuando lasseñaléticas no logran comunicar adecuadamente su mensaje debido a su mal estado.En esta memoria se diseñará y desarrollará un sistema que integra tecnología a la recabacióncolaborativa del estado de las señaléticas de tránsito, apoyándose directamente en todas laspersonas que diariamente circulan por las calles, proveyendo a las autoridades correspondientesla información necesaria para tomar acciones correctivas de una manera eficiente.
