Abstract
Las contingencias mundiales han obligado a las organizaciones tanto de nivel global como local a replantearse el cómo estructurarse y hacer efectiva la estrategia a través del alineamiento de los procesos para lograr posicionamientos estratégicos que le permitan ser líderes de sus mercados. Es por esto que han desarrollado nuevas maneras de poder generar estos cambios, a través de distintos tipos de estructuras organizacionales.
El desarrollo de los recursos humanos es una de los principales factores que ha ayudado a las compañías para lograr ventajas competitivas sustentables. Debido a que el concepto de la gestión de recursos humanos ha pasado a ser de un área que soluciona problemas a las personas a ser un socio estratégico para el negocio.
Este trabajo de memoria se enfoca en el análisis de las implicancias de una reestructuración organizacional del área de recursos humanos y la importancia que tiene el diseño de estructuras para lograr organizaciones competitivas y eficientes, a través de desarrollo un capital humano con mirada global, que esté alineado a la estrategia del negocio.
La reestructuración en el área de recursos humanos se presenta como una excelente herramienta para diseminar cultura y generar alineamiento organizacional tanto a nivel de procesos como de empresas. Tomando un rol crucial para poder desarrollar un posicionamiento estratégico que permita desarrollar ventajas competitivas sustentables. Y cómo el liderazgo en el desarrollo de los cambios transformacionales toma un rol fundamental para generar dichos cambios.
The global contingencies have forced organizations both globally and locally to rethink how to structure and enforce the strategy through alignment of processes to achieve strategic positions allowing him to be leaders in their markets. This is why a new ways to generate these changes have developed through different forms of organizational structures. The development of human resources is one of the main factors that have helped companies to achieve sustainable competitive advantages. That it is because the concept of human resource management has become an area that solves problems for people to be a strategic partner for the business. This work focuses on the analysis of the implications of organizational restructuring of the human resources area and the importance of the design of structures to achieve competitive and efficient organizations through human capital development with global view, which is aligned to the business strategy. The restructuring in the area of human resources is presented as an excellent tool to disseminate culture and create organizational alignment both processes and companies. Taking a crucial role to develop a strategic position that allows develop sustainable competitive advantages. And how leadership in developing transformational changes takes a key role generating such changes.
