Abstract
El presente texto entrega información sobre la importancia que está tomando la criocirugía en la sociedad, y como esta produce un menor impacto en las operaciones cancerígenas de alto riesgo.Las condiciones de esta operación es la congelación del tumor en cuestión para su destrucción, de forma fácil, segura, y poco invasivo para el órgano enfermo. Para ello el estudio del comportamiento de órgano, en este caso órganos de tejido blando (próstata, hígado, riñones, entre otros), es de vital importancia, ya que la idea es controlar de manera eficiente la congelación, por ende, la transferencia de calor, dentro del tejido, al momento de realizar la criocirugía.Para ello los puntos importantes de conocimiento son las condiciones que entrega el órgano; ya sea temperatura corporal, propiedades termo físicas, homogeneidad, entre otros. Por ende, para contrastar este estudio, se toma como referencia otros estudios similares realizados en esta área, con el fin de tener una base que sustente el estudio realizado en este texto.Sabiendo esto, y dado la gran cantidad de información dedicada a esta disciplina, se ve la opción de focalizar el estudio a rango de órganos en particular (los con tejido blando), por la calidad de material a disposición, lo que conlleva a modelar numéricamente y contrastar con datos medidos o simulados por otros estudios anteriores.
This text provides information about the importance of taking cryosurgery in society, and how this produces less impact on cancer high-risk operations. The conditions of this operation is the freezing of the tumor in question for destruction, easily and safely, and minimally invasive to the diseased organ. For this study the behavior of organ, in this case organs of soft tissue (prostate, liver, kidneys, etc.), it is of vital importance, since the idea is to control efficiently freezing, thus heat transfer within the tissue at the time of cryosurgery. For this important knowledge points are the conditions delivering the body; either body temperature, thermal physical properties, homogeneity, among others. Therefore to contrast this study is referenced similar studies in this area, in order to have a basis to support the study in this text. Knowing this, and given the large amount of information dedicated to this discipline, the option to focus the study range of organs in particular (with soft tissue), the quality of material available, leading to model numerically looks and contrast with measured or simulated data from other studies.
