Abstract
La investigación se centra en analizar la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la empresa Grupo Norte debido al reciente aumento en la rotación de su personal
La empresa Grupo Norte de origen español, se dedica a la limpieza y desinfección de las aeronaves de la empresa Latam Airlines Group en Chile. Actualmente, Grupo Norte enfrenta altos índices de rotación de personal en el área de limpieza aeronáutico específicamente con la empresa de aviones en Latam, por lo que es fundamental analizar su estructura interna, en particular el área de unidad de la base de mantenimiento del aeropuerto de Santiago de Chile, la cual presenta mayores índices de rotación del personal.
Al investigar y estudiar a fondo esta empresa, se han identificado varios problemas internos que generan que el personal sienta una baja satisfacción laboral y termine abandonando sus puestos de trabajo. El estudio utilizó herramientas de recolección de datos cualitativas y cuantitativas. Se realizaron entrevistas a la jefatura y encuestas a los trabajadores encargados de la limpieza interna y externa de las aeronaves. Estas encuestas fueron respondidas por 132 personas, de las cuales el 36% son mujeres y el 64% son hombres. Estos datos nos proporcionarán información suficiente para llegar a conclusiones y buscar soluciones que mejoren la satisfacción laboral, lo que a su vez tendrá un impacto directo en la retención de personal de la empresa.
Los resultados de esta investigación ayudarán a crear propuestas y recomendaciones para aumentar la satisfacción laboral en Grupo Norte, lo que mejorará la productividad y el bienestar de los trabajadores.
Se espera que con las recomendaciones tras los análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos, los trabajadores de Grupo Norte sientan más motivación en el desempaño en el puesto de trabajo pudiendo ofrecerles oportunidades claras de desarrollo profesional, una remuneración competitiva con el mercado y un ambiente laboral de bienestar.

This data will provide us with sufficient information to reach conclusions and seek solutions that improve job satisfaction, which in turn will have a direct impact on the company's staff retention. The results of this research will help create proposals and recommendations to increase job satisfaction at Grupo Norte, which will improve the productivity and well-being of workers. 9 It is expected that with the recommendations following the quantitative and qualitative analyses, Grupo Norte workers will feel more motivated in their performance at work, being able to offer them clear opportunities for professional development, competitive remuneration with the market and a work environment of well-being.
