CREACIÓN DE UN MODELO DE FORMACIÓN DEL EMPRENDEDOR MEDIANTE B-LEARNING PARA REGIONES GEOGRÁFICAMENTE EXTREMAS

Abstract

La presente memoria de titulo ofrece una propuesta de modelo de formación de emprendedores para regiones geográficamente extremas de Chile, donde se formen las bases teOricas relacionadas con la gestión e innovación, en funcidn de generar emprendedores que puedan competir mano a mano con sus contrapartes presentes en las regiones centrales del pals. Para ello, se propone un modelo b-learning que incluya clases mediante herramientas multimedia y que permitan el aprendizaje colaborativo.

The present work offers an entreprenurial academic training model for potential entrepreneurs living in the farthermost regions of Chile. This model buids on the basis for business management and innovation, for the sole purpose of generating entrepreneurs that can compete in terms of businness performance toe-totoe with their counterparts who are located in the central and metropolitan regions of Chile. For that, we propose a b-learning model wich includes asynchronous video lessons and multimedia tools that help colaborative learning.
