ANALISIS DE COSTO DE UN TABLESTACADO PARA CONSTRUCCION EN SUELOS ARENOSOS

Abstract

El tablestacado usual o “Muro Berlinés” es la estructura flexible o semi-flexible y considerada temporal, capaz de soportar los empujes laterales ejercidos por cortes de suelo usualmente verticales, más utilizada en Chile para poder ejecutar y sujetar excavaciones durante la construcción de las cimentaciones de edificaciones. En la actualidad por el gran costo de los terrenos y necesidad de habilitar espacios de estacionamientos , los edificios se diseñan con varios niveles de subterráneos y en las ciudades en las cuales existen suelos sedimentarios granulares arenosos tales como Viña del Mar , Valparaíso, Concepción, La Serena, etc. Se da a veces el caso de algunas empresas constructoras que no son de la zona y que no acostumbran a realizar excavaciones profundas en arena, tiendan a subvalorar el gran costo que conlleva este proceso constructivo.El objetivo fundamental de este trabajo consiste en calcular los costos adicionales involucrados en un determinado proyecto, debido a la construcción de un tablestacado temporal en suelos arenosos. Para llevar a cabo el análisis se estudiaron algunos proyectos en la ciudad de Viña del Mar, Santiago y Valdivia, los cuales utilizaron esta técnica.The usual piling or "Berliner Wall" is temporary flexible or semi-flexible and considerate structure, able to withstand the lateral thrust exerted by courts usually vertical ground, most used in Chile to run and hold excavations for building foundations buildings. Today the great cost of land and the need to enable parking spaces, buildings are designed with multiple levels of underground and in the cities in which there are sandy sedimentary granular soils such as Viña del Mar, Valparaiso, Concepción, La Serena etc. It is sometimes given if some construction companies that are not from the area and do not tend to make deep excavations in sand, tend to underestimate the huge cost involved in this construction process.The main objective of this work is to calculate the additional costs involved in a project due to the construction of a temporary sheet piling in sandy soils. To perform the analysis some projects studied in the city of Vina del Mar, Santiago and Valdivia, who used this technique.
