Abstract
Las redes booleanas de regulación genética, son sistemas dinámicos que buscanmodelar la interacción de algunos genes dentro de una célula. El estudio de estasredes es de suma importancia pues con ello se puede intentar comprender como esque un ser vivo a partir de sólo un tipo de célula desarrolla otros tipos como célulasde tejido, de hueso o de otros órganos. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es realizaruna herramienta accesible que permita modelar y explorar dinámicamente estas redesde regulación genética. También en este trabajo se probarán las capacidades de estaherramienta con redes ya estudiadas a fondo, como es el modelo de red de laArabidopsis thaliana.
The boolean gene regulatory networks are dynamic systems that search to model theinteraction between genes inside of a cell. The study of these networks is of greatimportance because with it you can try to understand how a living being from onlyone type of cell is that it develops other types of cells how tissue, bone or otherorgans. The main objective of this work is to implement an accessible tool that allowto model and dynamically explore this gene regulatory networks. Also in this workthe capabilities of this tool will be demonstrated with deeply studied networks, how isthe Arabidopsis thaliana network model, as is the Arabidopsis thaliana networkmodel.
