Abstract

Today, many companies are playing circles for improvement, which gradually seek to optimize the management of allocated resources. These activities typically involve changes in procedures, raw materials, change of equipment, training, human resources,etc.All these activities require the allocation offinancial resources, therefore, it is important to define what will be the high-impact activities that will result in a strong improvement in key performance indicators (KPI's)of the company.This paper presents an example of development of a tree loss toa national company and served as guidance for the development of team work and investment projects to improve management.
