Abstract
Este proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un Plan de Negocio para la ejecución de una marca de ropa streetwear llamada “Tough”, la cual se comercializará en una plataforma de comercio electrónico. En base a la creciente demanda del mercado y las cambiantes tendencias de consumo, se busca determinar su viabilidad económica para su futura implementación.
Para lograr el propósito de este proyecto se desarrollaron distintas etapas. Primero, se realizó un análisis de la industria textil en Chile y un estudio del entorno político, económico, sociocultural y tecnológico del país. Segundo, se elaboró un estudio de mercado que abarcó los resultados obtenidos de encuestas y Focus Group. Tercero, se diseñó un Plan de Marketing para una estrategia de posicionamiento para la marca, que logre incrementar las ventas y la fidelización de los clientes. Cuarto, se realizó un estudio financiero y evaluación de la rentabilidad del negocio.
Esta última, se evaluó en un periodo de cinco años, para el cual se necesita un capital de 5.523.650 pesos chilenos para la inversión inicial. La recuperación de la inversión de este proyecto es a 3 años y 5 meses, generando un Valor Actual Neto (VAN) positivo de 4.702.633 pesos chilenos y una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) de 52%.
En base a los resultados obtenidos, se puede afirmar la viabilidad económica de este proyecto.
The objective of this project is to develop a Business Plan for the implementation of a streetwear clothing brand called "Tough", which will be marketed on an e-commerce platform. Based on the growing market demand and changing consumer trends, it seeks to determine its economic viability for future implementation. To achieve the purpose of this project we went through several stages, the first one was to conduct an analysis of the textile industry in Chile and a study of the current environment of the country. The second was to prepare a market study that includes the results obtained from the surveys and the Focus Groups. The third is to design a Marketing Plan for a brand positioning strategy that will increase sales and customer loyalty. The fourth is to carry out a financial study and evaluate the profitability of the business. The latter was evaluated over a period of five years, for which a capital of 5,523,650 Chilean pesos is needed for the initial investment. The payback period for this project is 3 years, generating a positive Net Present Value (NPV) of 4,702,633 Chilean pesos and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 52%. Based on the results obtained, the economic viability of this project can be affirmed.
