DISEÑO DE UN MODELO DE NEGOCIO PARA LA INNOVACIÓN EN UNA EMPRESA DEL RUBRO DE SOLUCIONES DE IMPRESIÓN

Abstract

El surgimiento de nuevas tecnologías de impresión sumado a la tendencia a la baja en la cantidad de documentos impresos, dan la necesidad a Servicopier, una empresa dedicada al arriendo y venta de equipos multifuncionales de impresión a buscar nuevos métodos en la generación de ingresos. En este estudio se plantea la generación de un modelo de negocios Canvas hecho a partir de nuevas plataformas de crecimiento (NPC) en conjunto con un encaje entre el perfil del cliente y el mapa de valor. La generación de este modelo de negocio deberá tener como característica fundamental que sea replicable y a bajo costo para la empresa.

In this study we propose the generation of a Canvas business model made from new growth platforms (NPC) in conjunction with a fit between the customer profile and the value map. The generation of this business model should have as a fundamental characteristic that it be replicable and at a low cost for the company.
